Lawrence Barnett, Managing Director, has over 35 years experience in the search and selection marketplace. Lawrence’s ethos is to utilise his experience on a personalised basis, offering advice on matters such as organisation structures, culture and salary levels.

Lawrence has successfully worked as a business partner with many Private Equity Houses, Aim-listed companies & long standing clients, as well as providing career advice on a regular basis to thousands of individuals over the years.

Lawrence Barnett Associates was established in 1992 following the sale of the core business, which was established in the 1970’s and quoted on the London Stock Exchange junior market (equivalent to AIM).

In his spare time Lawrence is heavily involved in his local golf, rugby and tennis clubs. He also relaxes by skiing sedately down the slopes.

In addition to this Lawrence hosts an Annual Charity Golf Day and Auction Dinner at Dunham Forest Golf Club, Cheshire, in aid of the Prince’s Trust.
